• Distance from items to the trailer/truck

• Stairs, elevators, or multi-level access

• Disassembly of furniture or fixtures

• Hazardous or restricted materials

• Items requiring special handling or disposal

• Same-day or emergency service requests

• Extended labor time due to job conditions
